Coordination Team
Centralised at Alzheimer’s Research UK, the Coordination Team plans, coordinates, project-manages and supports the activities of the project. The team works with the Steering Committee and with the Hubs. The application process for collaborative calls will also be coordinated by Alzheimer's Research UK in consultation with the Hub representatives.

The Project Management group plans, coordinates, project-manages and supports the activities of the project. It is responsible for facilitating project-internal communication and for ensuring that the EDoN project is delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Strategic Collaborations
The Strategic Collaborations group coordinates the engagement with new and existing external scientific collaborators and data research initiatives that can bring value to the EDoN project. The focus of the group is to support the hubs in a series of aspects such as evaluating and prioritising strategic collaborations with external stakeholders, defining the terms of collaboration with cohorts and technology providers, defining specific strategies of engagement (e.g. with the NHS), writing and applying for funding opportunities.
